We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Hvac Technician Ii to join our team at The Brookeville Apartments in Columbus, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.
What We Offer:
- Pay: $24.00-$26.00
- Plus quarterly bonus up to $750.00
- $100.00 on-call bonus (1 week every 6 weeks)

Job duties:
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Make ready / turning units in between tenants
- Painting/staining both interior and exterior applications
- Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
- Snow removal
What we need from you:
- Hvac or EPA certification required
- Drywalling including painting and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
- Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
