Data Entry Clerk (Level III)

Data Entry Associate (3rd Shift)
Location: College Park One, GA Duration: 12-month contract Pay Rate: $19.80/hr (W2) Schedule: 11:00 PM 7:30 AM | Thursday night Monday night | 5 days onsite
Key Requirements
- 10-key numeric keypad proficiency
- Previous data entry experience
- Strong problem-solving ability
Role Overview
Responsible for accurately and timely keying information from scanned images or physical documents based on client instructions while meeting strict quality and production standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Enter and verify data using full keyboard and numeric pad
- Follow screen prompts and customer instructions precisely
- Identify and acknowledge out-of-balance transactions
- Meet customer-defined deadlines and productivity targets
- Report system or processing issues promptly
- Perform additional operational tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities
- PC literate with strong typing accuracy
- Detail-oriented with high quality standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet high-volume demands
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Prioritization and organizational ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Adaptability in an automated processing environment
- Logical problem-solving and error detection
- Understanding of basic data processing and Lockbox concepts
- Good hand-eye coordination and sustained focus
