What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Experience: 13 years of professional customer service experience is required (prior experience in a dental or medical front office is a major bonus!).
• Technical Skills: Confidence handling multi-line phone systems and basic computer software.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, a warm professional presence, and sharp attention to detail.
• Mindset: A can-do attitude, a team-first mindset, and an eagerness to grow into a long-term professional role.
• Safety & Compliance: This is a safety-sensitive position and requires a successful pre-employment drug screening. We proudly follow all CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to keep our team and patients safe.

• Welcome Families: Greet and check in patients and parents with genuine warmth, high energy, and professionalism.
• Manage Communications: Handle multi-line phones smoothly, manage patient inquiries, and schedule appointments accurately.
• Front Desk Operations: Keep day-to-day administrative tasks organized, managing check-ins/check-outs like a pro.
• Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our clinical staff to ensure a seamless, cheerful, and efficient daily patient flow.
