Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with facility policies and regulations. Assist with the coordination of patient care and ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Qualifications: Valid RN license in Massachusetts. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empathy and respect.
