Interior Designer / Designer

We are an architecture and interior design practice grounded in thoughtful, purpose-driven design, and a collaborative studio culture - creating spaces that serve communities, especially Christian organizations, ministries, and educational institutions. We are seeking designers who thrive in a studio-based environment where ideas are shared freely, work is crafted collaboratively, and design excellence is the standard. While we value in-person studio collaboration for creativity and mentorship, we offer a flexible work model that allows for focused remote time, balance, and life outside the studio. Our projects range from ground-up to adaptive reuse, from community facilities to worship spaces and educational environments. Each one is an opportunity to design with meaning and impact, working closely with clients who are deeply invested in their mission and communities. What you'll do: Contribute to design-focused, community-centered projects Collaborate in a studio environment with experienced interior designers and architects Work on projects for Christian organizations and mission-driven clients that range from new builds to interior refresh to furniture selection Help shape spaces that support worship, learning, and service What we're looking for: Strong design thinking Technical capability Interest in faith-based, mission-driven, and community design Collaborative mindset and studio engagement Commitment to quality and purpose in design 3+ years professional experience Interior Design Degree from an Accredited Program #J-18808-Ljbffr Station 19 Architects, Inc
