Warehouse AssociateThe purpose of the Warehouse Associate is to perform a variety of tasks efficiently, safely, and accurately to ensure customer service excellence.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Verify, receive, and put away incoming stockPull, pack, stage, and ship outgoing orders and transfersAssist customers with orders, as neededAssist customers in processing returns of warranty items and stock itemsOperate handheld scanners to receive, move, and track inventory in and out of the facilityAssist management with inventory accuracy, including cycle counts and physical inventoryMaintain cleanliness of warehouse and common areas to ensure an orderly and safe work environmentMaintain all required certifications required by DOT, OSHA, and company safety programsParticipate in after-hours training classesMay be asked to participate in on-call duties, as neededWork overtime as assignedWork cooperatively with othersComply with all company policies and proceduresMaintain regular, punctual, and reliable physical attendanceWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; lay on the floor; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. The employee may work in environments as cold as 20 degrees or as hot as 105 degrees.
