Senior Technical Lead

To support a growing team, the fully remote Senior Technical Lead, IS Applications Development will formulate system scope, devise procedures for complex problem-solving, and provide technical guidance while working on a 6-month contract with potential for hire. Key responsibilities: Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs Analyzes existing system logic and revises documentation as necessary Provides guidance and training to less experienced analysts Required qualifications: Full stack development experience with React and Flask, including familiarity with AI tools Experience with Databricks and Postgres for data management Knowledge of application security practices and compliance with Secure Development requirements A minimum of 6 years of experience in applications systems analysis Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a specialized field
