Responsibilities

We'll trust you with... Collaborating in the design of production goals

Bringing maximum effort and a teamwork attitude

Being a rockstar salesperson- No secret here; you'll close sales

You will accomplish this by: Investing in potential clients by listening, educating and advising

Designing insurance quotes and presenting with care

Leaving the client better off than they were before

Investing in your profession by developing partnerships with Realtors, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies and Auto Dealers, etc.

Maximizing your connections to generate new business opportunities

Providing such a unique and positive experience with your clients that they will have strong loyalty to you and your team.

Requirements

You already have... A genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable

An upbeat, positive, enthusiastic attitude and a core need to be part of a team

A sense of urgency to succeed and you are a great self-starter
