• $170,000–$200,000+ total compensation potential including commissions

Job Summary

A global leader in wellness and fitness solutions is seeking a Solution Key Account Manager to join its sales team.

This role combines new business development and strategic account management , with a focus on selling premium fitness equipment and wellness solutions to clients within the hospitality and multifamily residential sectors .

You'll build relationships with decision-makers at golf and country clubs, luxury hotels, high-end residential developments, and wellness-focused real estate groups , while managing a broad portfolio of products and services and driving long-term account growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the assigned market.
• Generate leads, qualify and profile prospective customers, and maintain accurate CRM activity.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
• Manage complex sales opportunities and deliver consultative, solution-based presentations.
• Increase customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts.
• Gather and communicate market feedback to support business development and sales strategies.
• Conduct regular in-person client and prospect visits aligned with sales objectives.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through close while maintaining a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and solution-based selling.
• Strong consulting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus .
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to independently manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities.
• Experience selling premium, high-value, or capital equipment is a plus.
• Experience in the fitness, wellness, hospitality, multifamily, commercial real estate, or related industries is preferred.
