Job Requirements

• 5+ years of physician experience required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program of an accredited university
• Active physician license in the state of practice
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Internal Medicine background preferred
• Ability to manage moderately complex to complex clinical cases independently
• Completion of required TB screening if selected
• Commitment to delivering an excellent patient experience

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient medicine focused on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention
• Focus on continuity of care, wellness visits, health maintenance, and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate medical histories and patient records
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and other services as appropriate
• Exercise sound clinical judgment with minimal supervision in a fast-paced practice environment
