Complaint Quality Technician

We are seeking a Complaint Quality Technician to execute product complaint activities. This role focuses on complaint investigations, updating and revising complaint documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience handling product complaints in a Quality role within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 2 years of experience with product complaint remediation efforts in a regulated industry.
• Experience with CAPAs and 5 whys

Job Type & Location

This is a contract position based out of Libertyville, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
