The successful candidate will serve as the second-in-command, providing strong executive leadership, operational oversight, and ensuring the organization's alignment with its mission and values. This role is pivotal in maintaining the seamless day-to-day functions of the organization, with a focus on safety, compliance, and the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
