We're seeking a dynamic Director of Sales and Business Development to drive new business growth and strategic client acquisition across the North American market. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role where you'll own personal revenue targets, build transformative client relationships, and position our company as a trusted engineering and global sourcing partner. Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Business Development

• Own personal revenue targets and gross margin performance
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Engineering, Sourcing, and Market Entry services across multiple sectors
• Build and manage a 12–24 month strategic pipeline
• Create multi-year account strategies for key clients
• Drive account expansion and cross-sell opportunities between engineering, sourcing, and market entry services

Engineering Services Growth

• Position our engineering teams in India as strategic extensions of client organizations
• Drive sales across all verticals, including Mechatronics (Software, Hardware, Mechanical Engineering), Tooling & Automation, Refrigeration, and other industries we support

Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Services

• Identify and pursue sourcing revenue opportunities with clients and industries where significant cost reductions can be realized through Asia Sourcing
• Drive sales for sourcing services to capture opportunities and increase margins
• Deliver measurable cost savings for clients
• Collaborate with our teams in Asia and the supply base to execute strategies and revenue models

Client & Executive Relationship Management

• Engage at VP, Director, and C-level within client organizations
• Negotiate Master Service Agreements, long-term contracts, and strategic partnerships
• Represent the company at industry events and trade associations

Operational Alignment with Global Teams

• Ensure strong coordination between US clients and our teams in Asia
• Oversee client satisfaction and drive long-term retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Software, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
• 10+ years of experience in engineering services, Asia sourcing, or global supply chain management
• 5+ years in a direct, quota-carrying business development or sales role
• Proven track record of growing revenue in B2B engineering or technical services
• Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes, cost structures, and global sourcing and offshore engagement models
• Demonstrated success in closing deals valued at $500K or more
