Multi Unit Manager– Hospitality Operations

South Florida | $95,000–$110,000 + Bonus

The Opportunity

An established hospitality group is seeking a Multi Unit Manager to lead a portfolio of high-volume, guest-focused operations. This is a newly created position offering significant visibility within the organization and the opportunity to join a company in growth mode.

The right candidate will be a hands-on multi-unit leader who understands how to develop strong General Managers, maintain operating standards, and drive consistent performance across multiple locations.

What You Will Do

• Lead and develop General Managers across an assigned portfolio
• Drive sales, labor, guest experience, and overall operating performance
• Maintain consistent standards across multiple locations
• Coach location leaders and address performance opportunities
• Partner with senior leadership on operational priorities and growth
• Maintain a strong presence in the field with regular travel

What We Are Looking For

• Proven multi-unit hospitality leadership experience
• Background in high-volume, beverage-forward operations
• Experience leading multiple General Managers
• Strong people leadership and operational discipline
• Experience with established multi-unit organizations preferred
• Comfortable with frequent travel
• Based in South Florida or able to relocate

Compensation & Details

• Base Salary: $95,000–$110,000
• Quarterly bonus opportunity
