As a Senior Project Analyst, responsible for comprehensive monthly cost analysis and reporting to enhance project performance and support corporate reporting and grants management. Your role will involve meticulous forecasting, evaluating project performance against estimates, and ensuring adherence to grant requirements and regulatory standards. This position demands a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 5+ years of project controls experience, emphasizing cost controls for large-scale digital technology/information projects. Proficiency in financial data analysis, project cost assessment, and an expert command of Excel are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Performance Analysis: Conduct monthly cost performance analysis, providing detailed insights to the project team for performance improvement and accurate forecasting for Capital Finance team support.
• Forecasting and Evaluation: Generate monthly and quarterly "bottoms-up" forecasts, assessing project performance against Total Life of Project Cost and Schedule, and other estimates.
• Grant Compliance: Understand and stay updated on grant requirements, internal policies, regulatory standards, and ensure adherence within the program.
• Delivery Monitoring: Monitor and track the timely submission of deliverables, maintaining meticulous documentation and artifacts in alignment with grant requirements.
• Project Controls Expertise: Leverage 5+ years of project controls experience to manage and streamline cost controls for significant digital technology/information projects.
• Financial Data Analysis: Utilize hands-on experience in financial data analysis, focusing on project/program cost analysis, to ensure optimal financial performance.
• Excel Proficiency: Demonstrate an expert level of proficiency in Excel to handle complex data analysis and reporting requirements effectively.
