Hello! A fast-paced private practice orthopedic clinic in City of Industry is looking to hire a new medical receptionist/Medical Assistant! - Bilingual: MUST SPEAK MANDARIN CHINESE! Many of our patients speak mandarin with the providers! A plus if you can also speak Spanish or Cantonese
Job Details:
- Full time receptionist that will be cross trained in office administrative duties (most of our staff are cross trained in basic admin duties in case of emergencies)
- This includes Answering phones, verifying insurances, submitting authorizations, making appointments, etc.
- Must have excellent communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and providers, have a strong work ethic, and have a willingness to learn
- Previous health experience preferred but not required, will train on the job!
