Country Club of Buffalo Hiring Front-of-House Service Staff

The Country Club of Buffalo is hiring year-round Front-of-House Service Staff to join our dining team! We are seeking individuals with AM and PM availability who enjoy working with people and providing professional, attentive service in a member-focused environment.

Available Positions

A La Carte Dining Server Provide traditional table service to our members for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a polished dining environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing attentive and professional table service
• Following proper steps of service
• Communicating professionally with members and team members
• Learning monthly menu changes
• Maintaining a clean and organized service area
• Completing side work, including polishing silverware and glassware

Banquet Server Support private events, weddings, golf outings, and other club functions, particularly during our busy summer season.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing efficient service during high-volume events
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown
• Executing plated and buffet service
• Carrying trays and assisting with food and beverage service
• Moving and setting tables, chairs, and event furniture
• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth event execution
