Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Join Our Family!

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) , you'll play a vital role in providing direct nursing care to our residents and supervising the daily nursing activities of your assigned unit.
About the Role:
As an LVN with Avir Vista, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising daily nursing activities
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Participating in professional development and continuing education to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices

Requirements:
To join our team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Valid Texas Nurse License
Valid CPR Certification
I.V. Certification preferred
Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
