Join Our Team as a Gastroenterologist

We are thrilled to invite a gastroenterologist to join our esteemed physician group located in a stunning coastal area of California. Currently, our team consists of six dedicated physicians, and we are looking to expand to eight. This position is ideal for general gastroenterologists seeking a fulfilling opportunity.

Position Highlights:

• Immediate Patient Volume: The incoming physician will have access to a robust patient base from day one.
• Independent Practice: While we have a service agreement with a major healthcare system, our practice remains independent, with potential buy-in opportunities.
• Hospital Coverage: Coverage is shared between an 80-bed hospital and a 40-bed hospital.
• Call Schedule: Initially set at 1:5, the call is manageable and will transition to 1:6 or 1:7.
• Competitive Compensation: We offer an attractive salary package.
• Partnership Opportunities: There is a chance for partnership with no buy-in required, as well as the option to invest in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
