Maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover and ensure efficient service. Engage in conversation with guests to ensure they are comfortable while waiting. Communicate wait times with guests, putting them on a waiting list as necessary. Managereservations, including taking bookings over the phone, or in person. Answer phone for take-out orders, and incoming guest queries. Escort guests to their tables, provide menus and answer any initial questions. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the menu. Receive and record guests’ dining reservations. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly. Complete any and all side work assigned in a timely manner. Restroom checks throughout service. Maintain a clean and sanitary host station and lobby area. Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Language English Basic Spanish (preferred but not required) Experience Strong customer service skills Knowledge of the menu Ability to communicate basic food preparation.
