Key Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance according to repair orders and department standards
- Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic equipment to identify concerns
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
- Communicate findings and additional service needs with Service Advisors
- Provide accurate time estimates for repairs
- Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- Prior automotive technician experience required
- Diagnostics, electrical, engine repair is a plus
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate diagnostic equipment
- Must have finished at least High School.
- Valid driver's license
- GM, Cummins, and/or Isuzu experience preferred (not required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $55 per flag hour
- Up to $10,000 signing bonus and relocation assistance (based on experience)
