Sales Program Manager

Background & Purpose of the Job:

The Sales Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing programs and processes that support the broader sales organization. This individual is responsible for leading key meetings as well as coordinating and supporting strategies to achieve the goals of the organization. This role will work cross functionally with Sales Product Management Marketing Technical Sales Finance and Operations to drive program effectiveness enhance operational efficiency and contribute to scalable growth.

Who You Are & What Youll Do:

Sales Program Management & Execution

• Drive strategic meetings with the Sales team Technical Sales Managers and customers to collect insight to a build/improve program success.

• Communicate business and customer requirements to internal stakeholders to capitalize on trends and market insights.

• Lead and manage key sales programs new products services and initiatives that align with business goals and support revenue growth.

• Support the sales planning and forecasting process by contributing program level insights and analysis.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve program KPIs.

  Sales Operations & Enablement

• Partner with the Customer Solutions Service and Supply Chain teams to improve and maintain scalable processes systems and reporting tools.

• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support training initiatives that drive team productivity and program adoption.

• Provide monthly sales reports against forecast to the sales team to guide the strategic sales plan.

• Develop a comprehensive sales success toolbox to accelerate growth and enhance effectiveness including a robust product portfolio education on the competitive landscape and how to sell against the competition and pricing tools.

  Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales Marketing Technical Sales Product Management Finance and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and operational readiness for sales initiatives.

• Ensure sales programs are implemented achieved and aligned with supply and operational capabilities.

What Youll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

• 5 years of experience in sales operations or program management within a complex B2B environment (foodservice manufacturing or capital equipment preferred).

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication interpersonal dynamic presentation skills and conflict-resolution skills.

• Ability to multitask prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently self-starter self-motivator.

• Strong project management skills.

• Type of Employment:Full time Exempt

• Workplace type: Hybrid Irvine CA or remote with frequent travel to Irvine CA headquarters

• Up to 50% travel
