Amada Senior Care is looking for dedicated, compassionate caregivers to join our team in Magnolia, TX and surrounding areas! Applicants must be willing to drive within a 25-mile radius of their home address to surrounding areas. Paid orientation is provided and takes place at our Jasper, TX office.

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, dependable support that helps clients with their everyday needs and routines. Responsibilities include:

• Providing in-home companionship to elderly clients
• Providing personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients, including showering, bathing, toileting, and dressing
• Reminding clients to take prescribed medication
• Helping with mobility around the home or outside, including doctor’s appointments, walks, and other activities
• Planning and preparing meals
• Completing client shopping or accompanying them to successfully complete their shopping
• Performing basic housekeeping duties
• Reporting unusual incidents and responding quickly and responsibly in emergency situations
• Offering activities that are essential to daily living

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, supportive, and ready to make a difference. Qualifications include:

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Prior experience in a healthcare or in-home care environment (2 years)
• Able and willing to drive within a 25-mile radius of your home address
• Able and willing to work with both male and female patients
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Supportive and compassionate

POSITION DETAILS

Job Type: Part-time Expected Hours: 4–30 hours per week
