Summary: The Service Advisor acts as liaison for Service Technicians and customers. Our associates are our most valuable resource and growth is encouraged through diligence, teamwork & creativity. In this position, you’ll be able to get out from behind the desk and play an active role in providing our customers with great customer relations. As a Service Advisor you would explain the Technician’s recommendations and suggest services to keep the customer’s vehicle in top condition. They generally earn anywhere from $8,000 - $15,000 a month, and that’s the norm! Are you ready for a change? Pay Scale: Base Hourly rate of $16.90, with substantial commission opportunities based on overall performance and other factors. Perks and Benefits: Employer Paid Life Additional Employee Life Insurance options Medical > HRA / HMO options Dental > PPO / DHMO options Vision Short Term Disability options Long Term Disability options Employee Training Employee Discounts 401(K) options Employee Assistance Programs Paid Time Off Responsibilities include but are not limited to : · Maintains contact with federal, state, and/or local government agencies and utilities to secure fleet business, actively utilizing the bidding process. · Solicits commercial fleet accounts. · Ensures quality deliveries of all service fleet sales. · Supplies service department manager with monthly forecasts of commercial/fleet car and truck sales · Follows up on dealership payment for delivered fleet and commercial account vehicles routinely. · Maintains professional appearance. · Attends managers meetings as requested. · Other tasks as assigned. Expectations : Must have basic knowledge of cars and maintenance. Meet and exceed manufacturer CSI requirements.
