Red Bull Route Sales & Delivery – Park-Out Albemarle, NC

Hay Distributing is an independent distributor of Red Bull products serving retail accounts throughout North and South Carolina. Our employees work for Hay Distributing while representing the Red Bull brand in the market every day.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to manage an established route of retail customers. This is not just a delivery job and not just a sales job. Our Route Sales & Delivery team handles the entire customer experience; selling, delivering, merchandising, managing inventory, building customer relationships, and growing Red Bull within their assigned territory.

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position for someone who enjoys working independently, building relationships, staying active, and taking ownership of their work.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• 5:00 AM start time

• No weekends

• Typical workdays are approximately 8–10 hours and may vary depending on the route

• Employees report to the warehouse each morning to pick up their company truck and return it at the end of the day

Compensation

Expected annual earnings: $45,000–$60,000

Most first-year Account Sales Managers earn approximately $50,000–$55,000 through salary and commission, with additional monthly sales incentives providing the opportunity to earn up to approximately $60,000 annually.

What You’ll Do

• Manage an assigned route averaging approximately 10–15 retail accounts per day.

• Drive a company route truck to grocery stores, convenience stores, drug stores, big-box retailers, and other retail accounts.

• Determine customer product needs, enter orders using a handheld device, and deliver product directly from your truck.

• Unload, stock, rotate, and merchandise Red Bull products.

• Stock shelves and coolers, build displays, complete resets, and maintain Red Bull merchandising standards.

• Build strong relationships with store managers and other customer decision makers.

• Identify opportunities to increase product placement, displays, distribution, and sales.

• Execute promotions and monthly sales initiatives.

• Maintain product availability and inventory throughout your territory.

• Identify opportunities for new retail accounts within the market.

• Collect and responsibly handle customer payments, including cash and checks.

• Complete route paperwork, organize invoices, and complete required deposit procedures.

• Track performance and work toward route sales and execution goals.

• Represent Hay Distributing and the Red Bull brand professionally in every account.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in retail, grocery, customer service, route delivery, merchandising, or distribution is helpful, but we can teach the job.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Must have held a full driver's license for at least 3 years; 5+ years is preferred
