CDL‑A SOLO DRIVERS WANTED
HYBRID FLEET | HOME WEEKLY | CONSISTENT MILES
Bright Flag Recruiting is hiring full‑time CDL‑A Solo Drivers on a dedicated Hybrid fleet based out of Tar Heel, NC (28392) .
This account offers predictable routes, steady weekly miles, and a strong work‑life balance with weekly home time.
WHAT WE OFFER- Average weekly pay: $1,187

- Deliveries within a 300‑mile radius of Tar Heel, NC
- Combination of:
- 12‑hour local shifts
- Weekly OTR runs (2–3 times per week , based on customer needs)
- Shift start times: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Full‑time schedule options:
- Sunday–Thursday
- Tuesday–Saturday
- Night driving required
- 100% no‑touch freight
- On‑site office staff
- On‑site maintenance team
- Consistent, dependable Smithfield freight
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of CDL-A driving experience
- Must meet DOT requirements (physical, background check, drug screen)
- Clean and safe driving record
- Professional, safety-focused, strong communicator
