Insurance Advisor

Help clients understand and choose appropriate insurance coverage

Conduct annual coverage reviews and identify coverage gaps

Educate customers using simple and clear communication

Build and maintain long term client relationships

Quote, service, and manage personal insurance policies

Assist clients with home, auto, umbrella, life, and specialty insurance policies

Follow up with leads, referrals, and existing customers

Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer experience

Use CRM systems and technology tools to manage workflows and client communication

Maintain professionalism, accountability, and strong customer service standards

Previous insurance industry experience preferred

Personal Lines insurance knowledge preferred

Active insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain licensing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
