ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I'm starting my 20th year as an agent and my 33rd with State Farm. Over the years, I've built an agency focused on strong relationships, continuous learning, and long-term success for both our customers and our team.

I'm a graduate of University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) with a double major in Finance and Management, and I hold CPCU, ChFC, and CLU designations. I lead a team of six, and we pride ourselves on being a tight-knit group that genuinely enjoys working together.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ed Forster - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensación: $60,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
