Program Manager SMI Services

Program Manager – SMI Services West River Mental Health is seeking a Program Manager to oversee SMI services. The role will provide leadership, operational coordination, and clinical support to assigned programs and staff under the direction of the Program Director. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring compliance and quality assurance, managing day‑to‑day program operations, promoting staff development, and collaborating with Human Resources to identify staffing needs and training initiatives.
