Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) with a specialization in Neonatal ICU to join our team. This position is available for immediate start to cover a leave of absence. The OT will provide care for NICU patients, ensuring high-quality treatment and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to neonatal patients.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.
• Manage caseloads effectively, ensuring all patients receive appropriate therapy.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current OT licensure in the State of Texas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or ARC).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient care.
