Electronics Inspector

Electronics Inspector Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for an Electronics Inspector in Millbury, OH. This role performs inspection of bare boards, PCB assemblies, subassemblies, and related product to applicable workmanship, customer, and internal requirements. Documents results, escalates issues, and supports production by identifying defects before the next operation. Available shifts 1st shift 7:30AM to 4PM (flexible after 90 days) Duties and Responsibilities: Inspect product accurately and consistently to defined standards. Document inspection findings and maintain required quality records. Escalate defects and nonconforming conditions promptly. Support production quality through clear communication and disciplined inspection practices. Inspect bare boards, electronic assemblies, and subassemblies per applicable requirements. Read and understand customer drawings, specifications, bills of material, and travelers. Identify component, solder, assembly, or workmanship defects and communicate issues promptly. Verify rework and repair meet acceptance criteria before product release. Maintain inspection plans, logs, records, and other required documentation. Comply with internal quality procedures and applicable industry standards. Provide support to co-workers and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Requirements and Qualifications: Equivalent technical experience in inspection, electronics manufacturing, or a related field. Ability to read and apply drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to work independently within defined procedures. Ability to move between workstations. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Ability to lift or team lift up to 25 lbs. IPC-610/620 inspection certifications or ability to obtain certification. (Preferred) Experience inspecting PCB assemblies and subassemblies. (Preferred) Experience with microscopes, magnification aids, or inspection software.
