Senior Network Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer with a strong background in Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISP) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure, with a focus on optimizing wireless networks and ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain WISP network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including wireless connectivity and performance problems.
- Optimize network performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
- Perform network monitoring and ensure system reliability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in network engineering, with a focus on WISP operations.
- Strong knowledge of wireless technologies, routing, and switching protocols.
- Expertise in network design, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with wireless backhaul technologies, RF propagation, and link budgeting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
