Key Responsibilities:

- Review project specifications, drawings, and client requirements to develop accurate sales estimates.

- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to gather necessary information.

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, proposals, and bids in a timely manner.

- Analyze market trends, supplier quotes, and historical data to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.

- Present and explain estimates to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and related documentation.

- Continuously update knowledge of industry standards, materials, and pricing to improve accuracy.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Estimator or in a similar role within an industrial setting. 

- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in estimating software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Knowledge of industry standards, materials, and pricing strategies.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
