Are you a therapist who wants to do good clinical work and be supported while you do it?

We're hiring a Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team in the greater Boise area, with offices in Ketchum and Hailey.

This is a hybrid position. You design a schedule that fits your life and clients' needs, whether that leans toward in-person work or telehealth. Three days in the office and two from home is a common arrangement here.

Our office team handles intake screenings and client matching so you can focus on care. Many of our clinicians work Monday through Thursday, starting around 10 or 11 a.m. and finishing by 6 or 7 p.m.

• Pay starting from $45 to $50 per hour, plus additional compensation for administrative work. (+$2.50/hr, Spanish-speaking)

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intakes, establish rapport, and maintain strong therapeutic relationships.
• Provide individual therapy using a trauma-informed, attachment-based approach.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with client goals.
• Complete documentation promptly and maintain clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in individual supervision, group supervision, and ongoing clinical training.
• Build and maintain a caseload of at least 25 client hours per week.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health field (MA, MS, MSW, PhD, PsyD, or equivalent).
• Active Idaho license preferred: LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LP, or equivalent. Licensure-eligible applicants will be considered.
• Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and ethical integrity.
• Openness to feedback, collaboration, and continued learning.
• Interest in attachment-based and somatic approaches to therapy. Familiarity with the work of Diane Poole Heller, Peter Levine, Stan Tatkin, or Daniel Siegel is a plus.
• Comfort with technology, or willingness to learn. Experience with Gmail and SimplePractice preferred.
