Job Details Level: Entry Location: Shanghai Plaza, Las Vegas, NV 89102 Position Type: Full‑Time / Part‑Time Education Level: High School Diploma or higher Salary Range: $16.00 – $16.25 per hour Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Any Job Category: Entry Level Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide customers with service beyond their expectations while showing sensitivity to individual needs. Make memorable connections and commit to making each guest’s experience the best. Work as part of a team, follow directions, and collaborate with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and create an uplifting work atmosphere for both employees and customers. Perform job‑specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks. Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines. Cross‑train in each department, including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar. Work diligently and enjoy the work environment. Qualifications High School diploma or higher. Fast‑food or retail experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Acceptable verbal English communication skills. Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts. Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified. Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform duties including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. The job involves nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
