We are currently looking for an Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Support our mission to deliver outstanding dental services in the community and assist us in creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. Responsibilities:

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental care to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice includes:

• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex equipment
• Fiber-optic handpieces
• Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
• A support team consisting of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
• A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults (depending on location)
• Office workflow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
• A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

• Guaranteed base compensation up to $1,200 per day with unlimited earning potential
• Sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 (dependent on experience and start date)

Qualifications:
We expect candidates to possess:

• DDS/DMD from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• A current, valid dental license in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure
• Additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
• A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults
