Senior Deal Desk Analyst

To support a growing AI-powered platform, the full-time Senior Deal Desk Analyst will manage deal workflows, review pricing and contract terms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage deal workflows across new business, renewals, and expansions, ensuring accuracy and compliance Review pricing, discounting, and contract terms for alignment with commercial policies and financial objectives Identify inefficiencies in the quote-to-cash lifecycle and develop scalable processes for operational consistency Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or related functions in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment Proven ability to transform manual processes into scalable automated workflows Hands-on experience with CPQ tools and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce Strong financial acumen, including deal modeling and revenue recognition principles Understanding of SaaS revenue retention concepts, including renewal forecasting and commercial drivers
