At Liberty 1 Lending, we help customers reach their dreams of becoming homeowners every day. We are searching for qualified MLOs to guide customers through our mortgage application process. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through our inbound call model Engageinconsultationsbasedonneedstocomprehendborrowerobjectivesandsuggestappropriatemortgageoptions Effectivelycommunicatebenefitsofloanproducts,eligibilitycriteria,andsubsequentstepsintheprocess Upholdcomprehensiveproductknowledgeandremainupdatedonindustryregulationsandlendinginitiatives Ensureconsistentandpromptcommunicationwithclientsduringtheloanprocess Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless loan closures What we have to offer: An inbound call model Roadmap to leadership Work hours: 8AM-6PM Mon-Thurs, 8AM-5PM on Fridays An upbeat, non-micromanagement, and supportive work environment An aggressive compensation plan with uncapped commissions CTC in 12-13 days Qualifications 1+ year of mortgage experience (preferred) Active NMLS license Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and excelling in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty 1 Lending Inc
