Physical Therapist

Facility Overview

Join our outpatient physical therapy team located in Iowa City, IA. We provide comprehensive physical therapy services with a focus on a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide treatment for various orthopedic and post-operative cases.
• Manage and document patient progress using NextGen documentation system.
• Work collaboratively with a team of skilled professionals, including Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants.

Patient Care Details

Our patient population includes adults, as well as elementary through high school-aged individuals, with a variety of orthopedic and sports medicine needs.

Qualifications

• Outpatient physical therapy experience is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred, although new graduates will be considered.

Schedule Details

The clinic operates Monday through Friday, with variable shifts available from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Options for shift structures include 5x8s and 4x10s.

Staff Support

You will be part of a professional team consisting of one Physical Therapist, one Physical Therapy Assistant, rehabilitation aides, and front desk staff, ensuring a well-supported environment.

This role is set in a high-volume, steady-paced clinic where the staff maintains an upbeat and friendly atmosphere, allowing for a focus on patient care.

Technology Support

Clinicians benefit from advanced technology, including an AI documentation scribe to streamline clinical documentation processes, giving therapists more time to focus on patient interactions.

Dress Code

The dress code is business casual, requiring slacks, a professional shirt, and closed-toe shoes.
