As a Service Advisor at Eurotech, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive repair services. Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers needing automotive repair services
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues
- Provide customers with accurate estimates of repair costs and timelines
- Coordinate with our team of technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Communicate updates to customers throughout the repair process
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic automotive repair concepts
