Job Description
Title: Dialysis RN - Outpatient

Schedule:
- 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Evening)
- Mix of 8/10/12-hour shifts
- Open Monday to Saturday, 06:00 - 20:00
- Must work every other Saturday as needed

Assignment Details:
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:
- Current RN license
- BLS certification
- EPIC experience within the past 2 years
- Must have reliable transportation

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care for chronic outpatient dialysis
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and health management
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation held bi-weekly on Mondays
- Reliable transportation is essential as public transportation is not accessible.
