We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Wash Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and possess a diverse skill set that includes electrical work, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to supervise projects. This role is essential for ensuring that our facilities operate efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment within the facility.
- Conduct inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Operate and maintain controllers for automated systems.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and inventory.
- Supervise team when required, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong emphasis on mechanical systems.
- Experience in welding techniques and the ability to fabricate components as necessary.
- Familiarity with controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot various equipment issues effectively.
- Experience with CMMS for tracking maintenance activities is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience supervising teams is a plus but not mandatory.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
