Position: Machine Operator

Location: Lenoir City TN

Salary:
$15.00-16 per hour, based on Experience.

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery according to specifications.
Set up machines, including loading materials, adjusting machine settings, and performing test runs to ensure proper operation.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure product quality and efficiency.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Keep work area clean and organized.

Qualifications:
Previous experience operating machinery preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and precision in work.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to work night shifts and overtime if required.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials.
