A growing staffing and employment services team is seeking a driven Staffing Consultant in Tucson, AZ. As a Staffing Consultant, you will own the full 360-degree sales and recruiting cycle, from prospecting new business and consulting with hiring decision-makers to recruiting qualified candidates and managing ongoing client relationships. Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and develop new client accounts through outbound calls, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and local market activity.
- Meet with business owners, hiring managers, and decision-makers to understand hiring challenges and present tailored staffing solutions.
- Negotiate placement terms, bill rates, margins, and service expectations with clients.
- Recruit, screen, and match qualified candidates to open client positions.
- Manage client relationships to drive repeat business, account growth, and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain a high level of sales activity, pipeline management, and performance accountability.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $50,000 per year.
