Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Administrative Assistant for a company in Sherman, TX ! We are a full-service Staffing Firm that works with companies in Texoma that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative paperwork and office documentation
Assist with purchasing and supply ordering activities
Process customer order entry accurately and efficiently
Coordinate shipping and receiving documentation
Prepare and process invoices
Assist management with additional administrative tasks as assigned

Required Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of purchasing, invoicing, and shipping processes
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Experience

Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Manufacturing or industrial office experience is a plus
Experience with order entry and invoicing systems preferred
