This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, employee engagement, financial performance, food safety, and continuous improvement while ensuring the facility achieves world-class standards in safety, quality, and reliability.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership across plant operations, workforce development, and business performance.Lead cross-functional teams to achieve safety, quality, reliability, and operational goals.Manage plant budgets, assets, and resources while driving productivity and cost optimization.Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and workplace safety standards.Drive employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and continuous improvement programs.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred.5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations.Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, employee development, and change management abilities.Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred; dairy manufacturing experience is a plus.
