Concrete Laborer

Join our team as a concrete laborer, supporting commercial projects including foundations and flatwork. You will be instrumental in the installation of concrete foundations, footings, slabs, sidewalks, and more.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of concrete foundations, footings, slabs, sidewalks, and flatwork.
• Set, brace, and strip concrete forms.
• Place and tie rebar and reinforcing materials as directed.
• Pour, spread, and finish concrete using hand and power tools.
• Assist with backfilling foundations and site cleanup.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working as a concrete laborer on commercial or residential projects.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift 100lbs.

Work Environment

Work on projects located within 35 miles from the office. Meet at the shop and ride in a truck to the job site. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM depending on pours. Payment begins upon arrival at the shop.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Evans, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
