Restaurant Server

The Restaurant Server ensures a polished and professional dining experience by providing attentive, accurate, and courteous service to all guests. This role directly impacts guest satisfaction, repeat business, and the overall reputation of the dining establishment. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and nights.

HOW YOU'LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE

Provide warm, professional and attentive service from arrival through departure.

Greet guests promptly, present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, beverages, daily features and promotions.

Make confident food, wine, cocktail and beverage recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

Anticipate guest needs, maintain tables throughout service and respond promptly to requests or concerns.

Accurately process guest checks, credit cards, cash and hotel room charges.

Maintain clean, organized, stocked and guest-ready server stations and service areas.

Complete all assigned opening, running and closing side work.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service and hotel standards.

Support fellow Food & Beverage team members and other outlets as business needs require.

Other duties as assigned.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required.

Experience taking orders, serving meals, and handling guest requests is a plus.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

TIPS and Food Safety certifications required.

Ongoing training in hospitality and service excellence encouraged.
