Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical judgment, professional knowledge, and distribution skills within the Pharmacy Department to ensure patients receive appropriate pharmaceutical care
• Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems in an inpatient setting
• Perform all activities in accordance with established departmental policies, procedures, and techniques
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state pharmacy standards and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the State of California
• Minimum of one year of hospital experience in an inpatient, decentralized setting
• Proficiency with pharmacy computer programs and Windows-based applications
• Demonstrated application of drug knowledge and clinical judgment
