Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Pine Bluff, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity and teamwork. Position Type: Full Time Walk / stand long periods of time Weekly Pay Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations and concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary throughout the location. Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain visitor, contractor, and delivery documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures. Document daily activities, patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions through clear and accurate reports, helping to deter unauthorized activity and support operational continuity. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
